Winter Service Plans
ICE DAM PREVENTION PROGRAM
Shield your property from costly ice dam damage throughout the winter season. Our prevention program includes twice-monthly maintenance visits designed to keep your roof clear and protected. The best way to treat Ice Dams is prevention!

Excessive snow accumulation puts tremendous stress on your roof structure. Our removal program provides priority scheduling with automatic dispatch following significant snowfall events (6-8" triggers).

SNOW CLEARING SERVICE PROGRAM

DRIVEWAY SAFETY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Our monthly membership ensures continuous monitoring and treatment of your driveway throughout temperature fluctuations. We conduct weekly minimum inspections, with additional checks as weather demands, applying treatments whenever icy conditions develop.

Variable Pricing Structure:

Base labor: $50 per treatment visit

Sand: $25 per bag

Monthly charges exceeding $75 in treatment costs result in membership fee waiver—you pay only for actual service breakdown.

During months requiring no treatment, the $75 base rate covers regular property monitoring and condition assessments. Membership may be cancelled anytime.

What are Ice Dams?
Ice dams are ridge-like formations of ice that develop along roof edges when heat escaping from your home melts snow on the upper roof, causing water to run down and refreeze at the colder eaves (refer to image).

The create a barrier blocking proper drainage, forcing melt water under shingles leading to serious interior damage including water stains, warped floors, ruined insulation, and mold growth in walls and ceilings.
​
The weight of ice dams can also damage gutters and roofing materials, and by the time you notice the problem, water has often already penetrated deep into your home's structure.

Professional Driveway Sanding

Alaska's severe winters create hazardous glare ice on driveways. Our professional sanding service maintains safe, accessible conditions throughout the season.

Service begins at $60 per visit:

$50 base labor charge

$15 per sand bag (1 bag minimum)

Ice melt available: $30 per bag (1 bag minimum)

Additional labor charges apply based on material usage: +$10 labor for each sand bag beyond the first.
